I haven't had much trouble with my 3.5" superflex lift other than when I have to order replacement parts from R.E. They do not follow up on orders. I have had to do the follow up's and they also will not let you know when part's are back ordered (I found that out after waiting a week and calling them to see where my parts were) they will wait for you to call to find out.
If you place an online order when they are closed you had better call and check on it as soon as they are open. They will ship your order when they are ready to ship your order which could be 2 or 3 days after they have recived it and already have your money "when the part's are in stock". I personally WILL NOT EVER buy a lift from Rubicon Express again I will not tollerate being treated like this from a company that want's my money right away but does not care when I get my parts.
There are too many other reputable lift manufacturer's out there to have to keep dealing with this kind of customer service. at this point I am contemplating buying another lift from someone else and taking my RE kit out just so I can get good customer service. Rubicon Express want's to sell the big ticket items and then they no longer care.
So if your choosing a lift I DO NOT recomend Rubicon Experss!!!!!!!!!!

well I finally got the rubber bushings for my control arms but not after calling and Emailing them asking them if they had the part's to sell or if it was really that difficult to go to the shel and put the bushing in a box and send them out and that if they needed someone to show them how to ship their products I would be happy to teach them (the parts went out that day).

I know many of they're generic parts like superflex joints can be bought through other resellers, but that doesn't really send RE the message about poor service. That stinks.
