I ordered two center console's for my cruiser and rwilley's cruiser from 4 Wheel Online. I ordered them at the beginning of the month and they said they would be backordered and would be shipped on October 23. October 25th came around and only one came in. So I called their number today, because they said they were open from 9am-6pm on Sunday's, and talked to one of their "customer service representatives". I told the guy the situation, and gave him the order number. Then he said that he could do nothing, because there was no tracking information in his computer. He said that the warehouse was not open today, and that I would need to call back later. I asked him if there was anything he could do, and he said I would have to call back tomorrow.

This place frustrates me. First of all, you should not have a sale on products that you do not have in your warehouse. Second, you should not collect money for something that will not be shipped for two weeks. Third, if you are going to have a product dropped shipped, after you had it backordered for two weeks, then you better make sure the customer's order if fulfilled. Forth, if you have done the above, and then the customer calls in telling you that something did not happen correctly, then you should do everything in your power to make sure your customer gets good service. Not tell the customer there is nothing that you can do and tell them that they need to call back. This guy could not even make a note of it, and do something about the situation the first thing when he comes in on Monday.

I do not care how good the deal is on anything this place sells in the future. I am NEVER purchasing ANYTHING from this company, and I am passionate about telling everyone NOT to purchase ANYTHING from this company. To avoid problems in the future, pay the extra few dollars and shipping costs and order it off eBay.

It's partly our fault, we did'nt buy stuff from them before. But you would think if something is on sale it should be readily available.

Why do you think they have customer service reps answering phones on sundays if they can't help you anyway.

I got to give them another
