oil in the Air filter I would say too much blowby. Running rich could be o2 sensor, TPS, choke out of adjustment or sticking, or a pluged air filter
(Caution) I have an 05 wrangler and I'm not afraid to use it

What causes blow-by? PCV valve? choke on a fuel-injected motor? pluged air filter oil would do that....? When I start it it revs-up real high but it settles down right away...Is my throttle control-valve sticky?

Sorry I wasent thinking fuel injection :whistling:

Blowby is caused by worn out rings worn cyclender walls or cracked piston .

Yes the oil on in the filter could do that if the filter cant breath freely there will be less air to fuel ratio also if the oil is going through the filter it will cause it to run rich because of the oil.

It's likely that the Throttle position sensor or the Oxygen sensor is going or is bad
