Im 15 this is the firs fj40 I,ve ever built and I wondered if drivelines out of a fourspeed would be able to go under a threespeed.

They have a different bolt pattern.

you would have to swap out the u joints to match both ends, but as long as you do that and get the length righyt it will work. i have a driveline out of a ford pickup in my toyota. i had to get u joints to match the chevy transfer case i have and then on the other end get them to fit for my toyota axle's.

You can get a flange blank and drill your own holes and make almost any Toyota driveline work. I suggest finding a front CV Shaft driveline from the front of a V6 Mini-Truck
