Here is a shot of the hinge I bought from A to Z fabrication.

Here it is with the lights mounted in it

I will be taking out the stock tail lights and filling that space with s piece of metal the same size as the tail light and putting another light in there so I will have to lights on each side.

You did a great job with the LED cutouts. Everything is really clean.

I think it was about 45-50 bucks. I looked at a couple different ones and they were all built about the same and within a couple bucks of each other. I got this one from a to z fabrication. I ordered it off ebay only becasue shipping was cheaper then on there web site.!!

Well here is the finished product. Pretty happy with the way it turned out. Guess I will see how it holds up. That tire is really heavy!!!

First the bumper with just the jack on it.

That looks really good. I was thinking of building one also using the box tube and was wondering how it would look. Now I know.

I like the way you angled the jack. That makes it pretty unique.

Being that it was the larger of the high lifts, not the normal length, I had to do something a little different so it didn't stick up to high.

Are you refering to how much does it sag when not latched?

0 to none. I put a ramp/rest point on the bumper to help line it up when stutting, and it alomost doens't even sit on it at all.

Well I worked on getting the front bumper on this weekend. Got it on there, still need to hook up the KC's and put the LED ones in the bumper. And some tow points!!!

Had to do a lot of Fab work to make this bumper work. It came off a late 80's ford so the mounts were different and had to be reworked to mount to my frame.

Well a little update. Was able to get out there and make a little progress.

1st, was able to get my OBA hooked back up. Still need to add a few little touches to make it right. But is all together and runable for a weekend run.

2nd, got the LED in the bumper hooked up and the lights mounted in the stock holes also. Tell me what you think........

It went on its first trip this weekend to finley lake and up through black rock, through childs meadow and back. Went pretty good.
