http://www.resize2mail.com/

you can also open your pictures in msPaint or whatever default picture editer you have and resize your pictures from the toolbar by resetting the size from say 100% x 100% to 30% x 30%.

Windows has a cool "Power Toy" called Image Resizer. After installed, you just right click an image or even muliple images, click "Resize Pictures" from the pop up menu, chose the size you want, and your done!! It creates a copy in the new size so the original stays intact.

Here is the info page....

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/d...eschelman2.mspx

And direct download link.

http://download.microsoft.com/download/whi...wertoySetup.exe

I use this all the time for emailing and posting pics!

Also, it is suggested that you get an account (free) at Photobucket or some other image-hosting site. Then you can upload the pics to Photobucket and just link to the pictures instead of uploading them directly to this site.

Photobucket also has some image-editing tools.
