A couple of us went to this mud event near Maricopa. We took two Pinzgauers and one Unimog. Lots of fun and mud.
Stopped to look at the next mud hole

:headbanger: That looks like fun. I wanna go on a mud run one of these days. Does it require alot of digging, as i can see the shovel in that picture?

I will have some more pictures once they are sent to me. There was a guy at the event taking pics with a real nice camera so I did not waste much time taking pictures.

I had to use the shovel to dig down to my recovery points. The first two times I tried this mud hole I needed to be lifted out. The front loader could not drag me out. The mud obstacle in the picture was only attempted by a very modified '69 bronco (only part on the truck that was bronco was the emblem) another 6X pinz and my 6X pinz.

were lots of different trucks there. There were a few samuri's on steroids that had a good time until they broke. Lots of breakage, axles, driveshafts and steering components. Fortunately for me I just lost a cover for the trailer wire connector.

Here is a picture of one of the mud trenches with some of the trucks in the background. Guy in the picture is the driver of the Unimog (big green truck on left)

Here is a picture of us playing follow the leader with a samuri until it broke.

went in the opposite direction of travel to see if I could climb out of the big hole, no problem
check out the ford truck just to the upper left(not the pretty shinny one). It was completely tubed out and doing very well until the driveline broke. The people inside were absolutely covered in mud every time the fan would go under
